Prior to aging Hubbert’s award-winning maple syrup for 3 months, the charred oak barrel was used to age Copperhead’s Founders Batch Canadian Whisky for 3 years! The passion of our founder Craig Ferchat comes through in a distinct flavour that combines suberbly with Hubbert’s finest syrup!
